Hi,
I had my on-site interview a couple of days ago. Recruiter told me before interview that she would get back to me in 72 hours but I haven't heard from her yet.
I think I did well in interview, answered all questions but mostly with the help of the interviewer to come up with the optimal solution. However after reading some of the threads here, it seems what you feel about interview might be far from reality.
From what I have seen, people who get an offer usually get it in 2-3 days so I don't know if I should still stay hopeful or just move on. Share with me your experience if you'd like.
thanks

I would say you still have a chance, till one week passes. However, the important thing is not to be influenced by the outcome, continue submitting resumes to other companies and interview with them as well.
