@java082864 no, it's a system design question, you're supposed to design the API, data model and overall system

in system design do they dive deeper into the part that you are being hired for ? I have never given system design interviews :) thanks

In this particular interview they didn't. I was being considered for a role at the Enterprise team and was interviewed by someone from the Infrastructure team. I collected from his feedback afterwards that he was interested in more technical details related to infrastructure rather than the responses I gave him.

I wish I could provide you more insight but I felt like I learnt little from that interview.
